June 15, 1990: The KISS and Whitesnake tours both landed in Toronto on the same night, so they co-headlined a show. However, Whitesnake frontman David Coverdale didn't want KISS setting off explosions and Paul Stanley let the crowd know. David flipped Paul the bird... it was fun 🙃

June 15, 1988: Three weeks after launch, Van Halen's "Monsters Of Rock" 23-city summer stadium tour arrived in Pittsburgh with VH, Scorpions, Dokken, Metallica and Kingdom Come.

June 15, 1984: With opener RATT, Mötley Crüe ended the US leg of the "Shout At The Devil" Tour in Springfield, Massachusetts. With some time off, they all bought houses in California. Nikki Sixx was living with RATT's Robbin Crosby and dating Lita Ford.

June 15, 1999: Dokken released their seventh album "Erase The Slate", their only studio album with Winger guitarist Reb Beach and the last Dokken LP with long time bassist Jeff Pilson. June 15, 1984: With the "Stay Hungry" album just released in the UK one week earlier, Twisted Sister played London's Hammersmith Odeon. Ten years later, and seven years after they disbanded, a recording of this show was released as Twisted Sister "Live At Hammersmith".

June 15, 1990: Traveling West to East across Canada, Mötley Crüe brought the "Dr. Feelgood" Tour to Winnipeg with special guest Tesla.
