November 20, 1990: Cinderella released their third studio album "Heartbreak Station" in North America (one day earlier in the UK) featuring singles "Shelter Me", "The More Things Change" and the title track. One review called it "artistically their finest moment."

The successful title track was a tough act to follow, but Mötley Crüe served up another smash with "Kickstart My Heart" (the phrase literally refers to the near-fatal heroin overdose of Crüe bassist Nikki Sixx in 1987, when paramedics gave him two adrenaline shots directly to his heart to revive him), the second single from the "Dr. Feelgood" album. The music video was added at MTV the week of November 18, 1989.

November 20, 1988: Opening with "Lay Your Hands On Me" and playing seven tracks from the new album, Bon Jovi brought the "Jersey Syndicate" Tour to Paris, complete with Jon Bon Jovi flying on a highwire.

November 20, 1988: Kix finally made it to the UK for a show in London. A review in Kerrang! called the band "Loveable kitsch" and just the right balance of "grit and Glam" 🤗

Celebrating her successful UK tour, Lita Ford threw a party in London inviting Motörhead and Girlschool. These photos from the November 1983 issue of Kerrang! are gold.

November 20, 1987: The "Crazy Nights" Tour with KISS and White Lion played the Bell County Expo Center in Belton, Texas. The opener was still relatively unknown, but that would change shortly after as the music video for "Wait" was just added to the rotation at MTV.

November 1989: Kerrang! had reported that Eddie Van Halen had called an Australian radio station and said David Lee Roth was back in Van Halen and Sammy Hagar was out. Turns out it was hoax! A "drunken Australian tourist was responsible."

November 20, 2021: The original mask from Quiet Riot's "Metal Health" album sold for $50,000, which was six times the asking price at Julien's "Icons & Idols: Rock N' Roll" Auction in New York City.

November 20, 2007: Sebastian Bach released his first solo studio album "Angel Down" featuring power ballad "By Your Side". Axl Rose makes a guest appearance on three tracks.
