It went on to become the band's most well-known post-'80s song, reaching the Top 10 in many countries. May 8, 1990: Iron Maiden frontman Bruce Dickinson released his debut solo album "Tattooed Millionaire". Fundamentally different from his works with Maiden, the LP features a hard rock sound that is less progressive. The title track was a Top 20 hit in the UK. May 1988: Sounding a little like Journey, but looking the part of a hair band, Only Child (with guitarist Paul Sabu) released their self-titled debut album featuring singles "Save A Place In Your Heart" and "I Believe In You". May 8, 1990: Yngwie Malmsteen released his fifth studio album "Eclipse" in North America (April 17th in the UK) with another new singer Göran Edman and featuring single "Making Love". Release date source: Billboard Magazine ad - May 12, 1990.

"Kim Fowley, the L.A. legend who put together the Runaways and wrote a song for KISS, has discovered a new band called Poison - in an L.A. junkyard! The band, who come from industrial Pennsylvania, the Sheffield of the States, moved to Hollywood seeking fame and fortune, and got so homesick for the steel and grime that they ended up sleeping in scrapped cars among the dirt and grease and tires. 'They make Motley Crue look like Canned Head,' promises Fowley, who says the band intend to take abandoned cars onstage with them to feel more at home.
