March 13, 1990: Damn Yankees released their debut album in North America, featuring singles "Coming Of Age", "Come Again" and "High Enough"... the latter reached No. 3 on the US Billboard Hot 100. The band toured with Bad Company, Poison and Jackyl.

Just issued as the sixth and final single from the album "Adrenalize", Def Leppard's "Tonight" was the No. 2 most added track at American radio. Originally recorded in 1988 as a possible B-side to one of the singles from "Hysteria", the song was shelved until the next album. R&R US radio trade publication ad - March 5, 1993.

March 13, 1982: Mötley Crüe played Chuck Landis' Country Club in Reseda, CA. Promoting their self-released "Too Fast For Love" on their own label, Leathür Records, Crüe were getting close to a major label deal, signing with Elektra a few months later.

March 1988: "White To The Top (Baby)", nearly a year after the release of "Whitesnake 1987", frontman David Coverdale reflected on the band's most successful album... "I must be doing something right." -Kerrang!

March 13, 1990: Love/Hate released their debut album "Blackout In The Red Room" in North America featuring singles "She's An Angel" and "Why Do You Think They Call It Dope?" March 1984: After getting a worldwide record deal, Norwegian rockers TNT issued a five-track EP featuring re-recorded versions (sung in English) of songs from their '82 debut EP before beginning work on their debut album. -Kerrang!

March 13 1992: From their forthcoming album "Adrenalize", the first single "Let's Get Rocked", set for release three days later, received exclusive airplay on BBC Radio 1 in the UK.

March 13, 1993: Van Halen's first live album "Live: Right Here, Right Now" debuted (and peaked) at No. 5 on the US Billboard 200. The only live VH album until 2015, it was recorded in May 1992 over two nights in Fresno, California. With Sammy Hagar on vocals, only four Roth-era songs were played.

March 13, 2007: Dokken released "From Conception: Live 1981", supposedly from before the band's 1982 debut album "Breaking The Chains". Jeff Pilson is listed as bassist, but Juan Croucier played bass for Dokken until '82. 🤔 Release date source: Blabbermouth.net - January 19, 2007.

March 1985: KISS' Paul Stanley was on the cover of Faces Magazine that featured engrossing headlines such as "Mötley Crüe: New LP, New Turmoil", plus 2 posters of Iron Maiden and still solo, but would soon join Van Halen, Sammy Hagar.
