Happy Birthday to former Skid Row singer Sebastian Bach (April 3, 1968).

April 1987: Tesla released "Little Suzi" as the second single from their debut album "Mechanical Resonance" that went on to be a Top 25 US rock hit. April 1995: Scorpions released their second live album "Live Bites" featuring songs recorded between 1988 and 1994 in San Francisco (US), Mexico City (Mexico), Leningrad (Russia), and Berlin and Munich (Germany). April 3, 1993: Def Leppard power ballad "Tonight", the sixth and final single from the album "Adrenalize", debuted at No. 91 on the US Billboard Hot 100. It would rise to No. 62 a month later and reach the Top 15 on the US Mainstream Rock chart.

April 3, 1983: With Mötley Crüe opening, KISS concluded the "Creatures Of The Night/10th Anniversary" Tour in San Francisco, the last time they would perform in makeup in the US until the 1996 Reunion Tour.

April 3, 1990: Featuring lead single "Stranger Than Paradise" issued a day earlier, Sleeze Beez released their debut album "Screwed Blued & Tattooed" in North America. Formed in the Netherlands three years earlier, the band recruited English vocalist Andrew Elt in 1989. They opened for Skid Row and also headlined many shows. April 3, 1990: Hanging on to the hair band look and sound for one more album, Heart released "Brigade" in North America, the last LP with the '80s lineup and featuring singles "All I Wanna Do Is Make Love To You", "Stranded" and rock hit "Wild Child". Europe lead guitarist John Norum released his second solo studio album "Face The Truth" in 1992 in Europe and Japan featuring "We Will Be Strong", a duet with Europe vocalist Joey Tempest, that strangley was not included on the American edition of the LP issued in 1994.

April 1985: Irish hard rockers Mama's Boys released "Needle In The Groove" in North America as the lead single from their forthcoming album "Power And Passion".

Whitesnake frontman David Coverdale was on the cover of the latest issue of the UK's Kerrang! Magazine.
