February 7, 1984: After 178 shows over almost exactly a year, Def Leppard concluded the "Pyromania" Tour in Bangkok, Thailand. Happy Birthday to Bon Jovi keyboardist David Bryan (February 7, 1962).

February 7, 1986: RATT released "You're In Love" in the UK as the second single from the album "Invasion Of Your Privacy". The music video features several love scene clips from classic movies and cartoons. Release information source: Kerrang! ad - February 6, 1986.

February 7, 1987: Featuring hit singles "Shake Me", "Somebody Save Me" and power ballad "Nobody's Fool", Cinderella's debut album "Night Songs" peaked at No. 3 on the US Billboard Top Pop Albums chart.

February 7, 1985: KISS lit up Las Vegas as the "Animalize" Tour roared into town with special guest Queensrÿche.

February 7, 1987: On the "Eat 'Em And Smile" Tour, his first as a solo artist, David Lee Roth played Duluth, Minnesota. The tour ended two weeks later in Denver. No official footage has ever been released, but plenty of fan videos online.

February 7, 1989: Stryper with special guest Jetboy performed at the Berkeley Community Theatre in Northern California.

Remembering KISS guitarist Mark St. John, who would have celebrated a birthday today (February 7, 1956). His only album appearance was "Animalize" '84. Mark died in 2007. R.I.P.

February 7, 2012: Van Halen released their 12th studio album "A Different Kind Of Truth", their first with David Lee Roth since 1984 and the only one without Michael Anthony on bass. The February 1985 issue of Hit Parader Magazine featured the lyrics for KISS' huge hit single "Heaven's On Fire" because it was 1985... A reminder how easy we have it today.
